STEM educational aspects of the project are discussed. The project enables graduate students of all backgrounds to meet the highest standards of excellence in the field of electrical and electronics engineering and focuses the research enterprise on graduate students as individuals with diverse needs and challenges. Students acquire broad technical literacy coupled with deep specialization in different areas of interest. They acquire the core competencies in problem statement, design, modeling and manufacturing of scientific equipment.
