Our studies on chiral recognition and enantiomer separations in 2018

This presentation summarizes publications of our research group in 2018 in international peer-reviewed journals in fields of enantioseparations using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), capillary electrophoresis (CE). Review papers and book chapters are not included in the presentation. The aspects covered in these publications include separation of enantiomers with very high enantioselectivity and investigation of thermodynamics of separation , comparison of coated and covalently immobilized polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases, enantioseparations with aqueous-organic mobile phase , pharmaceutical analysis method development for chiral drug and impurities , core-shell silica and polysaccharide-based chiral stationary phases with covalently immobilized chiral selector and separation of enantiomers on the scale of few seconds.Papers on chiral CE were dealing with CE-MS coupling and enantioseparation mechanisms.
