It is well knonw that Memristors volt-ampere characteristic is hysteresis that is symmetric for positive and negative voltages. We made Memrisor of which voltage-ampere characteristic is controlled using voltage. Its hysteresis form is changing from bipolar into unipolar .This kind of memristor was done using nitrides in interlayer of memristor.
