Development of GeoTeX package

Annotation:

We have developed Georgian language support package package GeoTeX for TeX/LaTeX typesetting system in 2012. Mkhedruli uppercase letters were added to UNICODE since 2017 and is already implemented in modern programs. In this work we have added Mkhedruli uppercase to GeoTeX. We have improved Georgian hyphenation patterns. Support for bibliography is also added.
