Non-abelian cohomology via monad cohomology

The zeroth and first descent cohomology (pointed) sets for a monad on arbitrary base category with coefficients in algebras over the (monad are itroduced. It is then proved that these sets are sufficient general to include the non-abelian group cohomology.
